Robotics Kick-off!
Result: We had lots of fun and started brainstorming immediately after the game was announced.

Ship Date!
Result: success! We shipped a working robot.

Jefferson High School Engineering Day Presentations. Some team members will be making a presentation at a local high school that is considering starting a FIRST robotics team.
Result: We had fun and were able to meet fellow-Iowa team 967. We also think we answered some questions and created some enthusiasm. Hopefully there will be a new team from Iowa next year!
March 2, 2009
We will be meeting members from the Iowa State Legislature in Des Moines and discussing the importance of robotics in our lives and promoting STEM legislation.
Result: We got to talk to many house representatives about our team, the FIRST program, and the effect of STEM funding in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor.
March 12-15, 2009
We're very excited to return to the Milwaukee Regional to compete with our 2009 robot.
Result: We were 6th after preliminary matches and advanced to the quarterfinals where we teamed up with Robot Casserole (1736) and C.O.R.E. (2062). We advanced to semi-finals, but lost 1-2 and settled for 4th place overall. Congratulations to all the teams! We hope to see you again next year!
