When adding thousands of new products, you'll need thousands of descriptions

Bad & Fliser is the largest exhibition of high-end products within sanitation, fixtures, bathroom furniture and tiles. 

Before we started to work with Bad & Fliser, they faced a big challenge, as they were about to do a complete make-over of their existing webshop. With the new version of the shop, there would be way more products than earlier. 

With many products comes many product descriptions. Bad & Fliser wished for a better structure in their descriptions combined with relevant and unique product descriptions. 

Bad & Fliser was afraid of creating duplicate content because they have many of the same products in different variants (colours, size etc.). So it was clear that it would take an enormous amount of time.

Automated content saved a massive amount of capital

This is where IC Robotics came into the picture. Bad & Fliser had already talked to external companies about outsourcing this task.

With IC Robotics, they could save hundreds of thousands of Danish kroner. They could keep the task in-house with an employee who already knew the brand's tone of voice and had in-depth knowledge of the products.

At the same time, it became easier to work more structured and strategically with the necessary SEO efforts.

The results speak for themselves. Bad & Fliser now have great data structure and product descriptions with all relevant product information.

The product descriptions now have a uniform expression across all categories, while they are individually adjusted for each product category.

There is no duplicate content, and it is easy for Bad & Fliser to make edits as it is all gathered in one place.

Bad & Fliser saved a lot of money compared to having an external company writing all the product descriptions. Today they have more than 10.000 unique, descriptive and SEO optimized product descriptions.
