SassyLAB is a Danish startup selling secondhand clothes online. They knew it was a vital part of their future success to have unique product descriptions on every item in their store.
The challenge for SassyLAB is that they only have one of each secondhand item. Thus it was not a viable option to use content writers or write the product descriptions manually.
Writing product descriptions for used clothes sold for less than 20 euros would not be cost-effective. At the same time, visitors expect product descriptions with specifications and condition of the clothes.
